Before you continue, please read these policies!
All appointments require an up-front deposit in the amount of 35% of total service charge. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE! (will be deducted from total at checkout)
When submitting an appointment request, please make sure to verify that your appointment has been accepted. An appointment is ONLY accepted after the deposit is secured.
PLEASE, make sure to schedule all services needed. If all services are not scheduled and you have to change or modify your service at time of arrival you may be asked to reschedule in the event that sufficient time to finish your service is not available. If your appointment has to be reschedule after you have already arrived for your appointed time your deposit will be forfeit.
Also, in the event that your appointment is reschedule due to weather conditions aka, unforeseen events, or if I (the stylist) have to reschedule your appointment due to an emergency or sickness, your deposit will remain as a credit on your account! (not to exceed 120 days). If you are not serviced during that 120 day period your deposit is forfeited.
Because it is essential that I have sufficient time to service each and every client to my full ability, having the appropriate amount of time is important. I try hard not to over book my clients, so communication is key. All NO-CALL/NO-SHOW clients will have to prepay for their entire next service in advance in order to secure an appointment time.
All funds will be applied to the service. Unfortunately, since I typically only book one client at a time the funds will be non-refundable if the subsequent appointment is a no-show.
We ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment may be rescheduled. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. If time is critical to your schedule on a particular day, please make us aware of your schedule when scheduling your appointment.
In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered for a same day appointment, so call ahead to see if there is an opening for that same day.
As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon.
Unfortunately, I am on an appointment only basis. I try hard to keep waiting times low; because a large percent of my clientele gets services that are several hours long I try to schedule by appointment. I do however take same day appointments. Please make sure to call first before coming to the salon, to limit your wait time.
All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services.
If you should conclude that you are unable to pay for all your services, we will gladly reschedule your appointment. Please Note - Credit for salon services is not an option, including postdated checks..
